Written between the green hills of the Yarra Valley, and the red desert sand of Alice Springs, ‘Pot Plant’ is Katie Harder’s brand new, heartfelt indie-folk drop for 2024. 
The Central Australian artist has been bunkered down in her home studio over the past 3 months, completing a new LP of lush, authentic storytelling. 
The grant-funded project has seen Harder collaborate with some of the NT's finest musicians and mix engineers, including Ben Allen (Broadwing, Gawurra), Casii Williams, Dave Crowe (Resin Moon) and fiddle player Gleny Rae. 
'Pot Plant' shimmers with a rich and expressive guitar & banjo combination, a delicate fiddle part, and one of Harder's strongest vocal performances so far. Turning moments of struggle and hardship into art, Katie Harder's beautiful new single is a gift that deserves repeated listens.
